CLIENT: Technology Solutions Provider, DIFC
Challenge: A technology consulting firm managing a shared pavilion at GITEX Global needed coordinated branding for 14 individual exhibitor spaces within a single hall. Each exhibitor required unique rollup banners, table covers, visitor bags, name badges, and brochures while maintaining a cohesive pavilion identity. The deadline was ten working days from artwork approval.
Solution: Our production team worked in parallel on all 14 exhibitor packages. We produced 28 rollup banners in two sizes, 14 branded table covers, 3,000 custom visitor bags with individual exhibitor logos, 2,500 lanyard badges with colour coded access levels, and 14 sets of company brochures totalling 7,000 pieces. A unified pavilion backdrop measuring 6 meters wide tied everything together with consistent colours and branding guidelines.
Result: All materials were delivered to Dubai World Trade Centre two days ahead of the setup window. The client reported that their pavilion received positive feedback from GITEX organisers for its professional presentation. They have since placed repeat orders for Arab Health and Gulfood exhibitions.
CLIENT: Property Development Company, Business Bay
Challenge: A mid sized property developer in Business Bay was undergoing a full rebrand after a merger. They needed every piece of their printed identity replaced across three offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah within four weeks. The scope included business cards for 85 staff members, corporate stationery, presentation folders, property brochures, office signage, and vehicle branding for their fleet of 12 sales cars.
Solution: We assigned a dedicated account manager who coordinated the entire project. Business cards were produced in premium 600gsm stock with spot UV logo treatment. Letterheads and compliment slips used the new brand colours with watermark security features. We designed and printed 5,000 tri fold property brochures on 250gsm art paper with matte lamination. Office reception signage was produced in acrylic with backlit LED elements. All 12 vehicles received full body wraps with the new brand identity.
Result: The complete rebrand was delivered on schedule across all three offices. The client saved approximately 30 percent compared to sourcing different materials from multiple vendors. The unified brand presentation contributed to a stronger market position during their next project launch at Cityscape Dubai.

CLIENT: Government Relations Company, Abu Dhabi
Challenge: A government relations consultancy coordinated National Day celebrations across 20 government and semi government offices in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. They needed themed decorations, branded giveaways, event banners, and gift packages for employees, all incorporating the official UAE National Brand colours and guidelines with bilingual Arabic and English text.
Solution: We produced 5,000 UAE flag scarves with custom government department logos, 3,000 metal pin badges in four designs, 2,000 branded gift boxes containing notebooks, pens, and keychains with National Day themed artwork, 500 indoor banners, and 100 large format outdoor banners. Every item was checked against the official National Brand guidelines for colour accuracy and emblem placement. Arabic calligraphy was reviewed by our in house Arabic design specialist.
Result: All materials were delivered in phased batches to 20 locations across two emirates over a ten day period. The client received commendation from the National Day committee for the quality and consistency of materials. They have now contracted us as their annual printing partner for all national celebrations including Flag Day and Commemoration Day.
CLIENT: Restaurant Group, Dubai Marina
Challenge: A popular restaurant group operating six locations across Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, JLT, and City Walk needed a complete refresh of their printed materials for a new seasonal menu launch. Each branch required laminated dine in menus, takeaway menu cards, branded packaging for delivery orders, table tent promotions, and window signage announcing the new offerings.
Solution: We produced 600 laminated A3 fold menus with food safe coating that resists daily handling and cleaning. Takeaway packaging included 10,000 branded paper bags in two sizes, 5,000 food boxes with the restaurant logo, and 3,000 cup sleeves. Each branch received customised window vinyl decals featuring the new menu photography. We coordinated delivery to all six locations on the same morning so the launch was simultaneous across Dubai.
Result: The restaurant reported a 22 percent increase in takeaway orders during the first month after the rebrand, which they attributed partly to the improved packaging presentation. The laminated menus have survived over six months of daily use without showing wear. We now handle their quarterly menu updates and seasonal promotional materials on an ongoing basis.

CLIENT: Fragrance Brand, Sharjah
Challenge: A Sharjah based fragrance company was launching a new collection of six oud based perfumes across retail stores in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. They needed luxury rigid boxes with magnetic closure, velvet interior lining, gold foil branding, and individual perfume sleeves. The packaging had to convey premium quality that justified the 500 to 1,200 AED retail price point of each fragrance.
Solution: We designed and produced 8,000 rigid boxes across six sizes corresponding to each perfume in the collection. Each box featured a soft touch matte exterior with spot UV logo, gold foil stamped brand name, and a magnetic closure mechanism. The interior was lined with custom coloured velvet inserts moulded to hold each bottle securely. We also produced 8,000 outer sleeve boxes for retail shelf presentation and 2,000 gift sets combining three perfumes in a larger presentation box with ribbon closure.
Result: The brand launched in 45 retail locations across the UAE and KSA. The packaging received specific praise from retail buyers at Paris Gallery and Faces who noted that the unboxing experience matched the quality expectations of their luxury customer segment. The client has since expanded to 12 fragrances and continues to use our production facility for all packaging requirements.
CLIENT: Multinational Corporation, Dubai Silicon Oasis
Challenge: A multinational technology company with 800 employees across their Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices wanted a branded corporate gift program covering four occasions throughout the year: company anniversary in March, Ramadan in April, Eid al Adha in June, and UAE National Day in December. Each occasion required a different themed gift set distributed to every employee with personalised department labelling.
Solution: We created a standing account with pre approved designs and pricing for each quarterly distribution. The anniversary set included branded ceramic mugs, notebooks, and pens in a custom box. The Ramadan set featured premium date boxes with the company logo, prayer bead sets, and a Ramadan Kareem card. The Eid set included branded tote bags, tumbler bottles, and chocolate boxes. The National Day set contained flag scarves, pin badges, and a commemorative crystal piece. All 3,200 individual gift sets were packed, labelled by department, and delivered to two office locations.
Result: The company reported measurably higher employee satisfaction scores in their quarterly surveys following the gift program launch. The HR department estimated that the standing account arrangement saved them approximately 35 percent in procurement time compared to sourcing each occasion separately.
