Behind Every Order
Every job that leaves our Ajman facility passes through six documented checkpoints. This is how we keep repeat clients like hotel chains, universities and law firms coming back for years.
Bleed, resolution, fonts, and colour space checked before the file moves to production.
A PDF proof lands in your inbox with dieline overlay. Nothing prints without your written sign off.
Brand colours calibrated against physical Pantone chips. A press proof is available on request for critical jobs.
First off the press is inspected under D50 lighting. Density readings logged for the batch.
Lamination, foil registration, die cut accuracy, and binding strength inspected before packing.
Quantity count verified twice. Photos of packed goods sent by WhatsApp before the courier collects.
Orders shipped on the promised date
Reprint rate across all product lines
Free reprint guarantee if we miss a spec
Emirates served with same standards

"We needed 2,000 custom menu cards and packaging boxes for our Ramadan iftar service. Branding Blitz delivered everything in four days with perfect color matching. The lamination quality means our menus survive daily handling in a busy kitchen environment. We have been reordering every quarter since then."
Hassan Al Marzooqi
Owner, Al Bahar Restaurant Group, Dubai Marina
"Our property brochures need to look premium because we are selling luxury apartments. Branding Blitz produced 5,000 tri fold brochures on 350gsm art card with spot UV coating that genuinely impressed our clients during the Cityscape exhibition. The free design adjustments saved us a significant amount on agency fees."
Priya Nair
Marketing Manager, Horizon Properties, Business Bay
"We exhibit at GITEX every year and the booth materials need to be flawless. Branding Blitz handled our rollup banners, backdrop, table covers, and 500 visitor bags all coordinated with the same brand colors. Setup went smoothly because everything was labeled and ready to install. They understand exhibition deadlines."
Khalid Bin Rashid
Events Director, TechVentures DMCC, DIFC
"As a startup, our budget was tight but we still wanted professional business cards that would make a good first impression. Branding Blitz suggested embossed cards on 600gsm stock with a matte finish and the result was outstanding. Turnaround was two days. Every investor meeting since then starts with a compliment about our cards."
Fatima Al Suwaidi
Founder, Nakheel Digital Solutions, Dubai Silicon Oasis
"We order certificates, ID cards, and event banners for our 3,000 student body throughout the academic year. Branding Blitz manages our standing account and we simply send orders via WhatsApp. The consistency across dozens of orders over two years has been remarkable. They even store our templates so reorders take minutes."
Dr. Sarah Thompson
Vice Principal, Emirates International Academy, Abu Dhabi
"We distributed 800 branded mug and pen gift sets to our employees for the company anniversary. The print quality on both items was excellent and the gift boxes with our company colors looked genuinely premium. The per unit cost was considerably lower than the two other quotes we received. Will definitely order again for National Day."
Amjad Hussain
Procurement Lead, Gulf Logistics Group, Sharjah
Most companies do not come to us because they want to buy print. They come because a trade show opens in three weeks, a retail line needs to ship, an office is moving, or a client presentation needs something better than a folded sheet from the office copier. What they really need is a supplier who understands the deadline sitting behind the order. That is the part we built the business around.
Branding Blitz started as a small press serving a handful of clients in Dubai and grew into a full production house covering more than two hundred and fifty products. The range widened because customers kept asking. A company that ordered business cards would later need exhibition graphics. A brand that ordered labels would come back for retail boxes. Rather than send them elsewhere, we brought each capability in house, one at a time, and kept the same team looking after the account throughout.
Splitting a project across three vendors is where most timelines break. The stationery arrives in one shade of blue, the banner in another, and nobody owns the problem. Running everything under one roof removes that risk entirely. Colour is matched once, approved once, and applied to every item in the job, whether it is a card that fits in a pocket or a backdrop that fills a wall.
It also means a single point of contact. You send one brief and give one approval. If a quantity changes at the last minute, one person adjusts the schedule instead of four separate suppliers renegotiating their own slots.
Stock that behaves perfectly well in a European office can curl, fade, or peel in a Gulf summer. Adhesives soften, inks shift, and outdoor vinyl that was never rated for direct sun starts lifting at the corners within a season. We test what we sell here rather than trusting a catalogue description written somewhere cooler.
For anything that lives outdoors, that means solvent inks and laminates rated for UV exposure. For anything handled daily, such as menus, loyalty cards, or access passes, it means coatings that resist fingerprints and moisture. For packaging that travels, it means board weights chosen against the actual shipping route rather than a default setting.
Speed is not a separate service tier here. Standard jobs move on a predictable schedule and urgent ones move faster because production capacity sits in the same building as the design desk. When a file lands in the morning and the event opens tomorrow, nothing has to be couriered to a third party first.
We are also honest about what is possible. If a finish needs curing time, we say so before you commit rather than after. A realistic date you can plan around is worth far more than an optimistic one that quietly slips.
A surprising share of orders arrive as a logo in the wrong format, a photo pulled from social media, or a layout built in a word processor. None of that is a problem. Our studio rebuilds artwork to production standard, checks bleed and safe margins, converts colour correctly, and sends a proof before anything reaches the press. Design is charged as its own line on the quote, priced against the work involved, so you can see exactly what it costs before agreeing to it.
If you already work with an agency, we take their files exactly as they are and flag anything likely to cause trouble on press, which usually costs nothing beyond a quick check. Either way you see precisely what will be produced before it is produced.
Packaging carries two jobs at once. It has to survive a warehouse, a courier van, and a customer opening it in a hurry, and it has to look like the brand while doing so. Those goals pull against each other, and the balance lands differently for a perfume box than for a case of bottled goods.
We start from the product rather than from a template. Dimensions, weight, fragility, and the shipping method decide the structure. Only then do we look at finish. A box that photographs beautifully but arrives crushed has failed, and so has one that survives the journey looking like plain freight.
Our clients run offices in Dubai, factories in Sharjah, government facilities in Abu Dhabi, and hospitality sites in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Deliveries reach all seven emirates on a schedule agreed when the order is placed. Larger runs can be split so each location receives its own consignment rather than one bulk drop that somebody then has to redistribute internally.
A hundred cards for a new hire and fifty thousand labels for a product line pass through the same checks. The smaller job matters just as much to the person who ordered it, and it is often the first time a company works with us. Plenty of our largest accounts began with a single box of something modest.
Minimum quantities stay low on purpose. Testing a design at a sensible volume before committing to a full run is good practice, and we would rather you did that with us than gamble on a large order that turns out to be the wrong shade.
Reordering later is simpler still. Approved files stay on record and can be run again without repeating any of the setup, which is why most of our volume now comes from clients placing their second, fifth, or fiftieth order.
Recycled board, water based inks, and vegetable based coatings are available across most of the catalogue, and on a good number of jobs they cost the same as the conventional option. Where they genuinely cost more, we say so and let you decide, rather than quietly upgrading the invoice and calling it a green initiative.
The larger saving usually comes from ordering sensibly in the first place. Printing what you will actually use, at a size that nests efficiently on the sheet, wastes less material than any substrate swap ever will. We point that out when we see it, even when it means quoting a smaller number than the one you asked for.
Send a description, a rough quantity, and the date you need it by. Artwork helps but is not required at the enquiry stage. Most quotes go out the same working day and set out the stock, the finish, the delivery window, and the price with nothing held back to appear later. If anything in the brief looks likely to cause trouble in production, you will hear about it in that first reply instead of after the order is confirmed.
Questions are welcome at any point, including the ones people worry sound basic. Asking what weight of card feels right in the hand, or whether a colour will hold up under shop lighting, saves a reprint later. We would far rather spend ten minutes on that conversation than produce something you are not happy to put your name on.
