Get Free Quote Contact UsStickers carry brand into contexts no other printed piece reaches. They end up on laptops, water bottles, car windscreens, retail packaging, hotel key cards, industrial equipment, shop facades, event wristbands, and streets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi at every scale. Getting stickers right means matching three decisions: the sticker material (what the adhesive sits on), the cut method (how the sticker separates from its backing), and the application environment (where the sticker ends up). This page covers every sticker type we produce, when each makes sense, how UAE climate affects sticker lifespan, and the ordering realities behind bulk sticker runs.
Material choice drives durability, finish, and cost. The working options cover a wide range of price and performance.
Vinyl is the most versatile sticker material and our most ordered stock. Printed on a flexible PVC sheet with acrylic adhesive, vinyl stickers are waterproof, UV resistant, and last two to five years outdoors depending on exposure. They conform to curved surfaces, stretch over rivets, and peel cleanly off most substrates when removed. Vinyl suits car decals, shop windows, helmet graphics, outdoor signage accents, and anywhere the sticker needs to survive weather. Gloss, matte, and clear vinyl are the three main finishes, each with specific use cases. Our Vinyl Stickers product page covers standard thicknesses and adhesive grades.
Coated paper with pressure sensitive adhesive. Paper stickers are the cheapest sticker material and suit indoor applications where water resistance is not required. Product labels, envelope seals, promotional stickers attached to flyers, and short term event stickers fall into this category. Paper stickers have gloss, matte, and uncoated finishes. They tear when removed and are not intended to be reapplied. Review our Paper Stickers for sheet and roll options.
Clear polypropylene or clear vinyl with adhesive that allows the surface behind the sticker to show through. Transparent stickers suit glass storefront graphics, product packaging where brand elements should appear to float on the container, and any context where the sticker should disappear into the substrate. White ink is often required on transparent stickers to keep colours vibrant against dark backgrounds. See Transparent Stickers and PVC Transparent Stickers for application specific variants.
Frosted vinyl creates a sandblasted glass effect when applied to windows and glass surfaces. Common on meeting room glass walls, bathroom windows, shopfront privacy bands, and any glass application where visual filtering is wanted without fully blocking light. Frosted stickers can carry printed logos or patterns cut from the frost so the cut areas stay clear glass while the surrounding frost provides privacy. Explore our Frosted Stickers for design templates.
Solid white vinyl or paper used when a consistent white base is needed behind the printed artwork, or when the sticker itself should show as white regardless of the surface colour beneath. Common on dark coloured products, technical equipment labels, and industrial asset tagging. See White Stickers for material options.
Natural brown kraft paper with adhesive backing. Kraft stickers are the default for craft brands, artisan food products, handmade cosmetics, and any brand whose aesthetic is deliberately unpolished and honest. Kraft pairs well with single colour black or foil printing; photographic full colour reproduction is weaker on kraft than on coated paper. Our Kraft Paper Stickers cover the common sizes and shapes.
Metallic foil layer bonded to sticker stock, producing a reflective finish in gold, silver, copper, or rose gold. Foil stickers elevate product packaging, wedding invitations, certificates, and premium product labels. The foil is part of the sticker, not a coating applied after printing. Foil cannot carry photographic imagery; it works as a solid metallic accent against printed colour. Review Foil Stickers for colour options and shapes.
Holographic film that shifts colour and pattern as the viewing angle changes. Hologram stickers are the standard for authenticity marking, tamper evident labels, anti counterfeit tagging on premium goods, and visual flair on consumer packaging. The optical effect cannot be replicated by copy machines or standard printing, which is why holograms are effective anti counterfeit markers. See Hologram Stickers for authentication grade options.
A clear polyurethane resin dome is poured over the printed sticker, creating a three dimensional raised effect with built in UV and impact protection. Domed stickers are common on car badges, appliance nameplates, industrial equipment branding, and any logo application where a premium three dimensional feel is wanted. The resin adds cost of roughly three to four times a standard sticker. Our Domed Stickers page covers the dome thickness and shape options.
Similar to domed stickers but with a harder epoxy resin that produces a flatter, more even surface. Epoxy stickers suit product labels, corporate name plates, and any application where the premium three dimensional appearance is wanted without the pronounced dome of polyurethane. Epoxy handles higher temperatures than polyurethane, which matters for industrial and automotive applications. See Epoxy Stickers for specifications.
Thin metal foil with adhesive backing, producing a brushed or polished metal appearance that reads as genuinely metallic rather than printed to look metallic. Metal stickers are common on premium electronics, luxury packaging, and corporate asset tagging where the metallic effect needs to be authentic rather than simulated. Review Metal Stickers for finish options.
UV Direct to Film is a newer sticker technology where ink cures under UV light on a transfer film, producing vivid colour, white ink layers, and raised tactile elements in a single print pass. UV DTF stickers can be transferred onto almost any surface including curved, textured, and unusual substrates. This makes them popular for custom merchandise, small batch branded giveaways, and product personalisation runs. Our UV DTF Stickers cover the process specifications and suitable substrates.
The cut method determines how the sticker separates from its backing and how clean the final shape is. Three methods dominate commercial sticker printing.
Die cutting cuts through both the sticker layer and the backing paper, producing individual stickers with no paper around them. Each sticker is its own piece. Die cut is the premium presentation, common on product packaging stickers handed to customers individually, laptop sticker merchandise, and any context where the sticker is a product in itself rather than a utility label. Die cut requires a custom cutting die which adds a one time setup cost for each shape, so die cut economics improve at larger runs. Our Die Cut Stickers page explains shape complexity and minimum runs.
Kiss cutting cuts through the sticker layer but leaves the backing paper intact, so the sticker sits on a larger backing sheet and peels off when ready to apply. Kiss cut is the standard for sticker sheets where multiple designs sit on a single sheet, event lanyard pass stickers, sticker book collections, and any distribution context where pre peeled stickers would stick to things in transit. Kiss cut does not require a custom die for simple rectangular or rounded shapes, making it cheaper than die cut for small runs. See Kiss Cut Stickers for sheet layout options.
Print cut uses a digital cutter that reads registration marks from the printed sheet and cuts precisely around the printed shape. Print cut handles irregular contours economically for small runs because there is no custom die to produce. Suitable for short run custom shaped stickers, artist runs, and prototype sticker jobs. Our Print Cut Stickers cover the typical run size and shape complexity range.
Sticker sheets present multiple kiss cut stickers on a single A4 or A5 sheet. This is the format for children activity stickers, promotional give away sheets, branded sticker packs handed out at events, and any application where the customer peels individual stickers from a shared backing. Roll stickers deliver stickers on a continuous roll, typically used for product labelling on production lines, thermal printer applications, and high volume labelling where individual sheets would slow the process. Review our Sticker Sheets and Roll Stickers for industrial labelling specifications.
Vehicle stickers need to survive highway speeds, UV exposure, fuel spills, and regular washing. Automotive grade vinyl with solvent inks and UV laminate is the standard specification for any sticker that will live on a moving vehicle in the UAE. We produce car racing stripes, motorsport livery decals, delivery fleet branding, rideshare identification stickers, motorcycle tank graphics, and helmet decals. Windshield stickers are a specific sub category with their own regulatory considerations in the UAE; some stickers on windshields require RTA permits. See Car Motorcycle Stickers, Helmet Stickers, and Windshield Stickers.
Window stickers apply to glass surfaces and include opening hours stickers for retail, promotional announcements, parking permit stickers, branded frosting, and temporary event stickers. The adhesive grade matters: permanent adhesive for long term signage, removable adhesive for seasonal promotions that will be replaced. Window stickers can apply to the inside or outside face of the glass, and orientation of the printed design needs to match the intended viewing side. Our Window Stickers cover the removal grades and printing orientation options.
Large format wall stickers transform walls in homes, retail stores, offices, restaurants, schools, and hospitality venues. They apply as either single piece large format decals or as multiple panels stitched together for very large murals. Textured or unusual wall surfaces need specific adhesive grades; smooth painted walls accept standard vinyl easily, while rough stucco and textured paint need specialised materials. Our Wall Stickers cover mural production for wall sizes up to full room scale.
Stencil stickers are used as temporary masks for painting, etching, or sandblasting onto surfaces. The sticker is applied, the surface is treated through the cut openings, and the sticker is removed leaving the treated pattern behind. Common applications include custom tile work, branded concrete floor markings, and artistic installations. See Stencil Stickers for stencil grade materials.
Adhesive grade is often overlooked at ordering but causes most sticker complaints. Three working adhesive types cover almost all applications.
Permanent adhesive bonds strongly on application and is intended to stay in place for the full lifespan of the sticker. Removal after time requires significant effort and often leaves adhesive residue that needs to be cleaned off. Permanent is the default for product labels, asset tags, safety warnings, long term branding, and vehicle graphics.
Removable adhesive holds the sticker in place but peels off cleanly when removed, leaving no residue on the substrate. Removable is the right choice for seasonal promotions, event signage, temporary displays, property for sale stickers, and any sticker expected to be replaced within a few months.
Repositionable adhesive allows the sticker to be lifted and reapplied multiple times before the adhesive loses tack. Common on wall stickers for residential applications where users need to adjust placement, and on promotional stickers that are deliberately reusable.
High tack adhesive bonds to difficult substrates including rough, oily, or cold surfaces that standard adhesive fails on. Industrial labels, low surface energy plastics, and cold storage applications specify high tack adhesive.
UAE outdoor conditions are harder on stickers than temperate climates. Realistic expectations help buyers plan reorder cycles rather than being surprised by degradation.
Direct summer sun temperature on a sticker applied to an exposed surface can reach 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. Standard adhesive softens at these temperatures and can migrate slowly, causing edge lifting on vertical or inverted surfaces. UAE specification stickers use adhesives rated for continuous high temperature service; generic imported stickers often use temperate climate adhesives that fail within a summer.
UV exposure bleaches printed colour over time. Standard solvent inks on vinyl with UV laminate typically hold colour for two to three years of direct UAE sun exposure. Without UV laminate, colour softens visibly within six to twelve months. For long service life outdoor stickers, always specify UV laminate.
Sand and dust abrasion wears exposed sticker edges, particularly on vehicle stickers where road debris impacts the sticker surface at speed. Edge sealing and over lamination slow this wear significantly.
Humidity at coastal locations affects adhesive tack during application. Stickers applied on humid days to slightly damp surfaces often fail to bond properly. We recommend applying outdoor stickers in dry conditions and on surfaces wiped clean with alcohol based cleaner before application.
Stickers are produced in round, square, rectangular, custom, and bespoke shapes. Standard sizes include round 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm diameter, and rectangular A7, A6, A5, and custom dimensions to specification.
Cutting tolerance for die cut and kiss cut stickers is typically plus or minus 1mm. This means fine detail cuts (inner cutouts, sharp points, thin lines) may register imperfectly on individual stickers. Keep critical content 3mm inside the cut line and avoid cutting shapes with features thinner than 2mm to ensure consistent results.
Custom die cutting requires a die to be produced before the first sticker is cut. Die cost is typically AED 150 to 400 depending on shape complexity, which makes die cutting economical at runs above 500 pieces where the die cost amortises across the run. Below 500 pieces, print cut is usually more cost effective than paying for a die.
Sticker artwork should be supplied as vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high resolution raster (300dpi at final printed size). Include a cut line as a separate spot colour layer (commonly named CutContour or DieLine) so the cutting machine reads the exact shape to cut. Keep 3mm of bleed past the cut line and 3mm of safe margin inside the cut line.
White ink layers on transparent or clear stickers need to be specified as a separate layer in the file. Without a white underbase, coloured artwork appears washed out against dark surfaces. Standard white ink is placed under the full printed area; selective white ink is placed only under specific elements where opacity is wanted.
Pantone spot colour matching is available for brand critical work. Supply the Pantone reference with the artwork. We match using Pantone coated or uncoated references depending on the sticker material finish.
Sticker orders ship from our Ajman facility on our daily UAE courier network. Dubai orders placed before 12pm typically reach the recipient the same evening. Abu Dhabi deliveries arrive next working day. Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain often receive same day delivery within working hours. Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah follow a two day cycle.
Rush production is available for urgent requirements at an uplift. Standard vinyl and paper stickers on stocked materials can be produced within 24 hours from artwork approval. Specialty stickers (domed, epoxy, UV DTF, hologram) require their full production cycle and cannot be compressed below three to five working days because the specialty processes have physical curing times.
Every sticker order passes through a defined workflow designed to catch issues before they reach production quantity rather than after. Understanding the workflow helps buyers brief accurately and anticipate decision points.
The process starts with a technical check on supplied artwork. Our prepress team verifies colour mode is CMYK, resolution meets 300dpi at final size, cut lines are present as a separate spot colour, bleed is adequate, and fonts are outlined or supplied. Files that fail any check get flagged back with specific remediation notes before any production time is committed.
Once artwork clears prepress, a digital proof is generated showing the expected print output at final size. The digital proof catches colour reproduction issues, layout problems, and client errors before press time is used. On complex jobs, a wet proof (actual printed sample) is produced on the same stock as the final run, allowing physical inspection of the finished article before scaling to the full quantity. Wet proofing adds one or two days to the production cycle and is standard for premium runs, brand sensitive projects, and first time jobs with a new design.
Production uses the print method matched to the run size and artwork complexity. Digital inkjet for short runs and complex artwork; eco solvent for outdoor grade durability; UV cure for rigid substrates; thermal transfer for roll label runs. Each method has dedicated equipment and operator specialisation; we do not force runs onto wrong technology to consolidate production.
Cutting, laminating, and finishing follow printing as separate passes. Kiss cut, die cut, and contour cut operations run on dedicated cutting systems calibrated to the substrate thickness and adhesive liner. Lamination uses cold or heat assisted laminators matched to the stock. Each finishing step is inspected before moving to the next; quality issues caught between steps cost only the finishing work done, not the whole job.
Final pack out includes a count verification against the order quantity, interleaving for temperature sensitive storage, and labelling for multi job shipments. Pallet orders destined for warehouse pickup include shipping manifests matching our standard procurement formats.
Brands deploying stickers at scale benefit from having a defined sticker brand guideline similar to a print brand book. The guideline sets the rules under which sticker artwork is developed, preventing drift across departments, agencies, and third party distributors all touching sticker design for the same brand.
Minimum logo size on stickers establishes the smallest permissible appearance of the logo on any sticker format. Below this size, brand recognition breaks down. Different sticker sizes warrant different minimums; a logo readable on a 50mm sticker may be illegible on a 25mm one. Specifying minimum logo sizes per sticker size prevents unreadable applications that harm brand perception.
Approved colour palette for stickers often differs from primary brand palette because some Pantone colours reproduce imperfectly on certain sticker substrates. Flagging any brand colours with known print deviations ensures design teams avoid specifying them on substrates where they will not reproduce accurately, or reserves them for print methods that can match them.
Typography minimum size and weight prevents fine typography becoming illegible at small sticker scale. 6pt type with hairline weight looks clean on screen and becomes invisible on a 30mm sticker. Setting minimum typography parameters prevents unreadable execution.
Cut line rules establish how sharply stickers cut around the design. Some brands standardise on rounded corners for safety and premium feel; others prefer angular die cuts that match the visual character of the logo itself. Codifying this avoids inconsistency across production suppliers.
Substrate and adhesive approvals establish which materials the brand will accept for which applications. Premium brands may reject paper stickers for any use case and require vinyl minimum. Value brands may permit paper for short term applications. Documenting these approvals speeds future ordering because every new sticker job starts from agreed specifications.
Artwork approval workflow defines who at the brand must sign off on sticker artwork before production, particularly for stickers that will appear on products, packaging, or public facing contexts. A clear workflow prevents the confusion of unauthorised stickers appearing in market because internal approvers did not know their approval was required.
Beyond utility stickers (labels, asset tags, warnings), stickers function as promotional tools and standalone merchandise. These use cases have their own specification considerations.
Sticker giveaways at events, conferences, and retail activations function as extended brand reach. Recipients apply stickers to laptops, water bottles, notebooks, skateboards, car dashboards, and bags, carrying the brand into contexts where traditional marketing does not reach. Event giveaway stickers work best when the design has intrinsic visual appeal independent of the brand message, so that recipients apply them for aesthetics rather than advocacy. Die cut individual stickers in striking shapes outperform square rectangular stickers by a significant margin on application rate post event.
Sticker packs as sales merchandise combine several designs into a single package for retail sale. Skate, surf, gaming, and lifestyle brands run successful sticker pack programmes where the stickers themselves are the product rather than an accessory. Pack composition matters; three to five designs in a pack sells better than single large stickers or unwieldy sheets of twenty small ones. The purchase moment needs the pack to feel substantive but not bulky.
Seasonal sticker campaigns follow calendar moments: Ramadan greeting stickers for packaging, national day themed stickers, year end promotional stickers, and event specific runs for product launches. Seasonal stickers typically use matte laminated vinyl with full colour printing and short production runs tied to the relevant window.
Loyalty and reward stickers distributed as collector items build engagement over time. Coffee shops using collectable seasonal stickers, gaming brands distributing limited edition stickers at events, and consumer brands running collectable series on packaging all extend engagement beyond the single transaction. Collectable runs benefit from numbered or dated stickers that reward completionist behaviour.
Custom stickers for weddings, events, and personal milestones serve as personalised packaging, favor tags, and guest takeaways. This segment runs in low volumes per design but high frequency; UAE wedding season October to March generates significant custom sticker volume across the industry. Customisation options include names, dates, monograms, and event specific artwork.
Labels for small batch and craft producers represent a specific sticker segment where food safety, cosmetics compliance, and regulatory labelling intersect with brand design. Craft gin distilleries, artisan chocolate makers, cosmetic startups, and gourmet food producers need labels that carry required legal information while fitting brand aesthetics. We handle both the compliance side and the design execution.
One off sticker orders start with a brief: design file, quantity, size, material preference, cut method, and delivery location. We respond with a quote covering material, print method, finishing, and lead time. Once approved with payment confirmation, production enters the schedule and the customer receives a timeline notification.
Recurring orders (monthly product label runs, periodic promotional stickers, seasonal campaign repeats) can be set up as standing specifications on an account basis. We retain the approved artwork, material specifications, and production parameters in our system, allowing reorders to skip briefing and go direct to production. Reorder lead times on stocked materials compress to two to three working days because prepress work is already complete.
Just in time production suits brands with unpredictable demand or limited warehouse space. We hold print ready artwork and materials, producing on short notice when stock runs low at the customer end. This works particularly well for craft food producers, cosmetics startups, and small batch manufacturers where overordering ties up cash and underordering risks stock outs.
Bulk production for annual quantities benefits brands with predictable high volume consumption. A single annual production run can cost 30 to 50 percent less per sticker than monthly smaller runs, though it requires warehousing the annual inventory. We offer warehousing service on large bulk orders where we store inventory and ship portions on request, giving the cost benefit of the single run without the customer warehousing burden.
How stickers arrive to the customer affects perceived quality. A premium sticker dropped into a ziplock bag lands differently from the same sticker in a branded presentation mailer. Packaging decisions scale with sticker positioning.
Utility stickers (labels, asset tags, warnings) ship in bulk packs of 100, 500, or 1000 pieces in simple polybags with release paper protection. Presentation is functional rather than promotional because the end customer for these stickers is not the consumer.
Promotional and merchandise stickers benefit from presentation packaging. Simple cardboard backing cards with the sticker affixed give retail display readiness. Printed sleeves holding sticker packs give merchandise quality. Custom mailers with branded exterior carry the unboxing moment for direct to consumer sticker sales.
For stickers distributed at events, presentation packaging is secondary to distribution efficiency. Loose stickers in labelled boxes allow staff to hand them out without friction; over packaged stickers slow distribution throughput.
Seasonal, limited edition, or collectable stickers justify premium packaging because the packaging extends the perceived value of the sticker itself. Foil stamped carrier cards, numbered certificates of authenticity on limited runs, and themed mailers align the packaging with the collectable positioning.
