A site hoarding is the first thing a city sees of a new project, often a year before the building rises. Our hoarding printing runs on 510 GSM flex or wind rated mesh, every panel is hemmed and eyeleted, and then our crew fixes the whole site hoarding on your fence. One quote covers print, delivery and installation, priced per square metre.
Most of our construction hoarding work comes from main contractors and developers who need the perimeter dressed before a launch, a client visit or an authority inspection. Recent site hoarding runs have gone from 200 metres of fence at 2.5 metres high to more than 5,500 square metres on a single project.
When you compare a hoarding company in Dubai on price, check what each site hoarding rate includes. Ours covers printing, finishing, transport and fixing, so two quotes can be read side by side without hidden extras turning up on site.
Hoarding printing in Dubai is priced by area, and the area is simply fence length multiplied by banner height. These are real site hoarding runs we have quoted or installed this year, every one including supply and installation.
| Fence length | Height | Area | Material | AED per sqm | Run total AED |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 m | 2.5 m | 500 sqm | 510 GSM flex | 32.00 | 16,000 |
| 450 m | 2.4 m | 1,080 sqm | Flex banner | 31.00 | 33,480 |
| Large perimeter | As specified | 5,573 sqm | 510 GSM premium flex | 29.47 | 164,248 |
The construction hoarding rate falls as the run grows because the crew, the vehicle and the setup are shared across more metres. A site hoarding under 500 square metres is quoted as a job rather than per metre, since mobilising a crew costs much the same for 60 metres as it does for 200.
Five things move the final site hoarding price:
On a large construction hoarding the sides facing a main road usually go up first, because that is the frontage your client and the public will judge the project by.
| 510 GSM flex | Mesh | |
|---|---|---|
| Face | Solid, fully screens the site | Open weave, partly see through |
| Wind | Takes the full load, best on sheltered runs | Lets air pass, best on exposed plots |
| Colour | Strongest, sharpest print | Slightly softer because of the weave |
| Typical side | Road frontage and launch faces | Open sides, high fences, coastal and desert edge sites |
Flex hoarding gives the deepest colour and hides the work completely, which is why developers choose it for the site hoarding faces that matter most. Mesh lets the wind through, so it suits plots where a solid face would load the fence like a sail. Plenty of sites use both: flex on the frontage, mesh around the back.
If the fence under your site hoarding already leans or the posts are far apart, say so when you send the brief. A lighter material or tighter fixing can save the run from the first strong wind of the season.
There is no single standard height for site hoarding in Dubai. Most runs we quote are 2.4 or 2.5 metres high because that is what most contractors ask for, but the right height is whatever your fence and your consultant specify. Site hoarding sizes in Dubai are never standard in length, since every plot is different.
To price a perimeter hoarding without guesswork, we need six details:
Complex sites, with level changes or several fence types, are better measured on the ground before the construction hoarding quote is final, and our team can do that.
Drivers pass a construction site hoarding in a few seconds, so good hoarding branding says one thing clearly: who is building, what is coming and how to get in touch. Large type, one strong image and plenty of empty space beat a crowded panel every time.
Developer hoarding branding usually centres on an architectural render hoarding, which shows the finished building at full size and sells off plan units better than any brochure. The render must be supplied at print resolution, and repeating it every 20 or 30 metres keeps it visible from every approach.
On a construction hoarding, main contractors often mix their own branding with safety rules, permit details and emergency numbers. Keep those at eye level beside the gates, where workers and visitors actually stop and read.
Inside malls, a shop fit out hoarding hides the work behind a printed face while the unit is built. Mall operators usually set the design rules, so share their guide with us at the start.
Some master developers, free zones and authorities set their own rules on what a site hoarding may show, from plain colours to approved layouts. Check with your consultant before artwork is final, because repeating the hoarding printing on a whole run costs far more than checking first.
Wind is the other test for any site hoarding. Eyelets every 50 cm spread the load, ties at every eyelet stop the edges flapping, and mesh on exposed sides keeps the fence from carrying more than it was built for.
Sites change while they are live. When a gate moves or a panel is torn, we reprint the single panel from the same file so the run still matches, and we can take the whole hoarding fencing down at the end of the project.
The same materials scale up the building itself. A scaffolding wrap in mesh dresses a facade during works while letting the wind through, and a building wrap turns a tower under construction into a billboard. We print both; tell us how the scaffold or facade will be accessed and we will confirm the installation plan with the quote.
Hoarding installation is handled by our own crews in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain and the Northern Emirates. Send the location with your site hoarding brief and the quote will show hoarding printing and installation together.
